[Oopse-developers] Preparation for OOPSE 3.5 release

Tasks remaining before 3.5 release:

   1) Check in all your changes.
   2) Conversion from cvs to svn.
   3) Rename repository from OOPSE-3.0 to OOPSE.
   4) Check back out clean copies for testing.
   5) Cleanup of some autoconf issues.
   6) Cleanup of Snapshot.cpp
   7) Cleanup of gb samples.
   8) Document our changes since 3.0
   9) Full testing of your favorite samples on all architectures.

Am I missing anything?
