[Openmd-users] Custom rigidBody and defining force field

Hi Dan.

Thanks for your hints and info. It is clear now.

Few hours ago i already guessed how to do it, and i did as you just 
explained. In my case i just updated Amber.frc. I also guessed that 
there should be 4 quaterions variables, but thank you for explanation 
and pointer to the book.

Today, i already did some animations via blender. First testing videos 
are here

I am almost done with automatic script which will import xyz file to 
blender (there is very nice blender plugin) and render it to movie. I 
would like to make script configurable to add some text, camera 
movements and so.

My another questions are :

1. How can i add other atoms to interact with this Ico rigid body. And 
what do i need to add to Martin.frc file to setup interaction. Is it 
enough to setup forces? Like it is explained in openmd manual.
2. How can i make my rigid body fixed in positions (no movements) and 
when it will interact with other (new atoms), it will not move.
